Why Gina Academy?

Facing the fourth industrial revolution era with its advancement in several new technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI), as an organization, we need to keep innovating.

Innovation is a complex process where an ecosystem is needed to create interactions between the parties in it. GINA helps create this innovation ecosystem by adopting the body of knowledge of open innovation 2.0 with a spirit of collaboration.

Data from McKinsey show that 84 percent of CEOs believe that innovation is a critical factor to growth. On the other hand, the data from Accenture (2019) shows that it is projected that company leaders will spend a much higher proportion of their IT budgets on innovation from 93 percent in 2015-2019 to 97 percent in 2019-2023.
